Pregnancy Life Stages Nutritional Programmes 

We will review where you are at in your life stages whether that is fertility, pregnancy or post birth. We will write a nutritional programme and work with you weekly or bi weekly for four sessions to support and educate you during this time. We will also look at addition nutritional support if required and any other aspects required. 

Menopause Nutritional Programmes: 

What can I say, “the menopause,” a taboo word that both men and women don’t wish to discuss yet us ladies suffer in silence. It’s a reality check that your body is changing. This is a time to take care of yourself by making healthy lifestyle choices., and that where I fit in, to help you make the right choices for you. 

Diabetes II and Weight Management Nutritional Programmes 

Making a few lifestyle changes can dramatically lower the chances of developing type 2 diabetes. The same changes can also lower the chances of developing heart disease and some cancers. Excess weight is the single most important cause of type 2 diabetes. Being overweight increases the chances of developing type 2 diabetes seven fold.
